This website provides general information about Giancarlo Counseling and about working with Mary Giancarlo, MA, CALC. It is a marketing and information site, not a client portal.

The appointment request form is intended for contact and scheduling only. It asks for your name, email, phone number, how you would like Mary to reply, the general kind of support you are asking about, an optional preferred time of day, and an optional short scheduling note.

Please do not submit medical or mental-health details through this website. That includes diagnoses, symptoms, medications, treatment history, or any other private health information.

The information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry. It is delivered to Mary by email. It is not stored in a database on this website and is not used for marketing.

This website does not intentionally collect or store clinical intake information. Registration and service-agreement paperwork is handled directly with Mary rather than through the public site.

Basic website analytics may process technical usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring site, and device or browser type. This is used to understand how the site is being used. Analytics events do not include anything you type into the appointment request form.

This site is hosted on Vercel, and appointment requests are delivered using an email-delivery provider. Those providers process technical and contact information as needed to host the site and deliver messages.
